Slowly slowly we say goodbye to the summer, although the temperature is still high, we enjoy lots of sun and the sea is just amazing! But the sun sets earlier, that is for sure and that means a few changes in our yoga schedule!
Our outdoor practice by the sea between 3 October and 25 October:
- Mondays: 17:00 – 18:00 Meditation at Satori Rooftop Xaghra*
- Mondays: 18:15 – 19:30 Yin Yang Yoga at Satori Rooftop Xaghra*
- Mondays: 17:00 – 18:00 Sunset Yoga at Xwejni Beach
- Tuesdays: 7:00 – 8:00 Yoga by the sea, Qbajjar Bocce
- Wednesday: 8:00 – 9:00 Gentle Yoga by the Sea
- Wednesdays: 17:00 – 18:00 Intense Breathing and Meditation @Saltpans Gozo
- Wednesdays: 18:30 – 19:30 Flow Yoga with Nop at Satori Rooftop Xaghra*
- Thursdays: 9:00 – 10:15 Yin Yoga – Satori Rooftop in Xaghra *
- Thursdays: 17:00 – 18:00 Sunset Yoga at Saltpans Gozo
- Fridays: 7:00 – 8:00 Yoga by the sea at Qbajjar Bay Bocce or Batterija
- Saturdays: 9:30 – 10:30 Hatha Yoga – Satori Rooftop Xahgra*
In case of very bad weather, the outdoor classes will be held online, through the Facebook group “Yellow Rock Yoga X-tra”. This is a closed group, find us on Facebook to learn more!
Expect a bigger change after 25 October because of winter time. Most likely sunset classes will start earlier then.

Personal yoga & yoga safaris
October is a beautiful month for longer outdoor sessions. Book a yoga safari with us and we take you to the most beautiful places on the island. Of course you can also schedule weekly personal yoga sessions with us, or create your own group class with a few friends. Contact us for more info!
Small groups & social distance
We have limited our outdoor group size to 8 people and at Satori Rooftop we limit it to only 6 people to keep the social distance. Book your spot in advance. Bring your own mat, cushion and blanket.
