Now that we are shifting from Summer into Late Summer and Autumn, it is time to go back to some evening yoga! This year we will offer two indoor yoga classes every week, on Mondays and Wednesdays at 18:00
On Mondays Monique will guide your through a Hatha Flow class, with a mix of strength, stretching and relaxation. On Wednesdays it will be Norbert’s turn! Classes are suitable for all levels as we will offer options for every pose or every flow and we will practice in groups of maximum 8 people to ensure that you will get the most out of the session in our cosy and safe yoga space in Sannat. We have everything you need right here, so just wear comfy clothes and bring some water and you will be just fine!
